Most of an agency fee pays for project management: chasing outreach, terms, edits and invoices by hand.

Managing the work — automated, included
The whole campaign
Kest and Wren run the admin, so the fee doesn't have to cover a project manager.
Taste, with receipts.
An agency picks from the creators it knows. Goodbird's taste engine reads the work of creators across every major platform and ranks the strongest fits for your brief, with the reasons attached.
Wren adds what a profile cannot.
Every creator has their own agent. Wren keeps their rate, availability and evidence current, so every match arrives checked — not pulled from a directory.
What about boosting?
Boost runs through your own ad account, so you keep the pixel, the targeting and the reporting. We take no fee on ad spend. Usage rights for boosting are agreed with the creator like any other deliverable — priced by them, with our standard 10% on that line.
Pricing
FAQs
How is the 10% calculated?
On what you spend with creators. If a campaign's approved creator fees total £40,000, Goodbird's fee is £4,000.
When do we pay?
One invoice per campaign, after you've approved the content. You only pay for work you approve.
Are creator rates included in the fee?
No. Creators set their rates, shown up front before you approve anyone. Goodbird's 10% is charged on top, so the pricing stays transparent.
Do creators pay anything?
No. Goodbird is free for creators, and their rate is their rate.
Do you offer enterprise terms?
Yes. For larger programmes, commercial terms are agreed directly. Request a pilot and we'll take it from there.
Do you take a cut of ad spend?
No. Boost runs through your own ad account and we take no fee on media. We only ever charge 10% on approved creator spend.
